Today is a great day to challenge yourself to try toes to bar if you have em! You can try to do half T2B and half knee raises in the set. Then we follow it up with some moderately heavy power cleans and dubs. Aim for consistent barbell pacing, and avoiding too much standing around along with being accurate in the dubs!
