Today’s workout is a twist on 2009 Crossfit Games champ Mikko Salo’s workout “Miko’s Triangle” a well-known test of aerobic capacity and pacing on 3 machines. Today we’re adding a 200 m run which will only add to the challenge. Play it smart – cut the run down if you’re unable to get it done in the 1 min time frame.
