Keeping up with shoulder care for athletes. Take care of the small muscles so that the big muscles can thrive



Today is repeated sprint style efforts which teach us about carrying odd objects under fatigue. Athletes are encouraged to pick up something that is a little outside of their comfort zone for today and push hard on the machine knowing you have that 1 minute rest after. Athletes can choose their machine or alternate throughout the WOD.
