Sunday Odd Object Conditioning (Time)

50 foot odd object carry

10/7 cal machine

Rest 1:00 in between rounds

Today is repeated sprint style efforts which teach us about carrying odd objects under fatigue. Athletes are encouraged to pick up something that is a little outside of their comfort zone for today and push hard on the machine knowing you have that 1 minute rest after. Athletes can choose their machine or alternate throughout the WOD.
