20 Pull-Ups

30 Push-Ups

40 Sit-Ups

50 Air Squats

*** 3 minutes rest in between each round***

Goal: sub 35 min, 45 min cap

Reduce reps

Scale Pull-Ups to ring rows or lat pull-downs

Scale Push-Ups to knees or wall
