Intent

Heavy working sets of deadlifts today. Get strong pulling from the floor. Don’t touch and go these reps today, lower the bar, reset, pull again for the next rep.

If you are new to training, today is a great day to refine mechanics and learn the value of properly deadlifting and quality and capacity it can add to your life! Conditioning today is partner workout that provides large chunks of reps that can be broken up however each team would like, but all running must happen together!
