Intent

Micro Strength cycle! We are kicking off a 3 week strength block, especially to encourage highest performance possible for those advancing forward to quarterfinals! We will do conditioning prior to the strength work as it is often asked of us to execute higher skills or higher loads under fatigue! Today we get to practice that, get warm, hit the conditioning HARD AND FAST. Scale DB loads to something that you know you can do 15 reps unbroken with.
