A Sunday Chipper (Time)

50 Alternating Lunges
40 Ab Mat sit-ups
30 KB Swings
20 Goblet squats
10 Burpees
RX: KB Green/Blue
Intermediate: Blue/Yellow
Baseline: Do half of the reps for each movement and use Yellow/Orange KB and go weightless on the squats.
