Today is presented with a little deloading style before we ramp up into the next week. We start with a strength session of some vertical pressing and horizontal pulling with a potentially new movement found in the strength. Then we get into our workout for the day that is all bodyweight. You get to choose the intensity today! If you are here to move then treat this as a moderate grinder but if you feel great, send it each round and try to accumulate as many calories as possible!
