30 Min AMARAP
For 30 Min complete as many rounds as possible of:
5 Push ups on Dumbbells
10 (5 each arm) Renegade Rows
15 Goblet Squats
20 (10 each leg) Reverse lunges
25 AbMat Sit-ups
1 min rest in-between each round
RX Weight (50/35 single DB on Squats)
Intermediate weight (35/25 single DB on squats)
Baseline Weight (25/15 single DB on squats)
All athletes should choose a weight they can complete the whole round with, including any limiting factors/movement



General Warm Up coach led mobility, then:
Death by Cals:
EMOM for as long as possible (just kidding, you have a 10-minute time cap):
2 Cals on erg of choice,
4 Cals on erg of choice,
6 Cals on erg of choice…etc
