Minute 1: Cal Ski

Minute 2: Burpee Broad Jump

Minute 3: Cal Bike

Minute 4: Abmat Sit Up

Minute 5: Sled Push (each time down = 1 rep)

Athletes can choose their own weight for sled pushes today.
