Intent

Today we hit our strength work on bench press prior to some more upper body and core emphasized conditioning. The Bench press sets should all be working sets, get the gains! The conditioning today will be fast turnover from movement to movement and round to round, this is the reason by reduced time domains and reps as the workout progresses. Select a load on the barbell that allows you to get 2 rounds unbroken minimum out the gate, if you spend much of today breaking up sets you won’t hit the stimulus we want.
