Unlike Fight Gone bad, there is no rest in this workout design. Due to the “tag team” nature, there will be build in rest. YOu will get a chance to rest as you tag in your partner to work during each 1:00 interval. Teams can choose to break up the work however they desire at each minute, there should be some shared work at each station. The goal for each team is to keep a running tally of reps/ cals so they have 1 sum number at the end of the 4 rounds!
