90 AB-Mat Sit-Ups

80 Walking Lunges *40 each leg (add dumbbells for extra spice)

70 Russian KB Swings (Green/Blue) (Blue/Yellow) (Yellow/Orange)

60 sec plank hold

50 DB Snatches *25 each arm (50/35) (35/20) (20/10)

40 Lateral Lunges (side steps)*20 each leg with band

30 Cals on machine of choice

20 DB Hang Power Clean

10 Burpees
