Heavy and fast today! The goal is to set a clean and jerk PR if we are feeling good! And for conditioning the goal is to finish this workout in under 9:00! That is moving with some speed. While we want the deadlift load to be challenging to you, you should feel sure of being able to do a set unbroken to start without question. If you are unsure scale to something you know you can open with unbroken and push the burpee’s!
