A. Strength:
Front Rack Barbell Walking Lunge (use fat bars)
3 x 80′ AHAFA

5 rounds for quality of:
Farmers Carry, 50/35 lbs, 200 m
10 Stone or slam balls ground to over the shoulder, AHAFA
10 Dumbbell Strict Press, 50/35 lbs

C. Cool Down:
Bike, walk or row 3-7 min
Leg Wall Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side
Static holds.
Foam roll
