A.WOD: Teams of 2 Partner 
For time complete: (split work in half however partners decide) 
Row, 6 km
400 Double Unders
200 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
100 GHD Sit-ups
50 Strict Handstand Push-ups
50 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups 

Cool down:
Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.
Kneeling Lay Back Hold 1-2 mins.
Pec Stretch (laying on side) Hold 1-2 mins per side.
