Partner one starts with 80/60 Bike Calories.  As soon as partner one finishes cals on bike partner two starts riding as partner one does:
If Partner two finishes cals before partner one is done with work, continue to ride. Score is total cals biked & time finished. 

L-Sit, accumulate 1 min

Dumbbell Lunge, 50/35 lbs, 40 m (131’)

20 Strict Ring Dips

Only 1 person working at a time.


Cool down: 10 min
walking, jogging, biking or rowing.

Leg Wall Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side.

Wall Shoulder Stretch Hold 1-2 mins.
