Saturday Olympic Lifting class will be at 7a this Saturday!!! There will NOT be a 6a Class. 

Welcome Coaches! Sara B passed her CF Level 1 test so you will see her coaching other classes besides Striking!! We also want to introduce Rich V as our newest member of our coaching staff. You will see Rich and his wife Michelle around the gym. I asked Rich to tell a little bit about himself: My name is Richard A. Villalobos Jr. I’m 33 years old and was born and raised in Utah living most of it in Davis County. I have five younger siblings. I graduated in 2003 and joined the Utah National Guard in 2004. I was a traditional soldier until March of 2006 when I landed an AGR position. I met my wife Michelle in 2008 then married her in 2010. We have 3 kids: Alvia 6, Violet forever 5 months old, sadly she passed away in 2014, and Declan 2. I’ve been coaching CrossFit since 2015. Life has been dark and stormy but also amazing. My loves in life are my wife, my kids and coaching. Welcome Rich!

Dynamic Warm-Up – Mobility
Prepare  for..  

A. Strength/Skill: 10 Min EMOM
Odd – 6 x KB Windmills (3 each side)
Even – 6 x Axle Bar Front Rack Box Step Ups (20/18″)
**Athletes choice of weight per mechanics, increase and decrease weight as needed

B. WOD: “Cindy”
15 Min AMRAP
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Cool Down: Mobility static holds, foam roll, bike or row 5-10 min

Olympic Lifting – 6pm
