Dynamic Warm Up- Mobility Prepare for:

A. Strength:

E4MOM total 30 minutes

Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2.   Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. 

Bulgarian Split Squat 5-5-5-5-5-5-5 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

B. WOD:
1 round for max reps of:
Bike Calorie, 2 mins
Rest 3 mins
Bike Calorie, 1:30
Rest 3 mins
Bike Calorie, 1 min

C. Accessory Work & Cool down
Cool down for 5-15 mins by casually walking, jogging, biking or rowing, then stretch.
Glute Stretch Hold 1-2 mins per side.
Foam Roller (back, etc.)
