50 Box jump, 24/20
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings Grn/Blu
50 Walking Lunge steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45/33 BB
50 Back extensions / Or Good Mornings with 45/33 BB
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14
50 Burpees
50 Double unders / 50 singles with 5 Double under attempts

5-7 minute. Cool down Mobility holds or row, bike
