15/13 Cals on the AAB (Team up big classes or use rower/run)
1x Unbroken Round of DT 155/105 135/85 115/65 95/45
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Cleans
6 Push Jerk
* Scale as needed to maintain Unbroken 12-9-6.

Cool Down: Mobility static holds, foam roll, bike or row 5-10 min

Single kB snatch x 5ea (bell one size smaller)
