Teams of 3 Complete 4 Rounds of
200m Run
Assault Bike for cals
Stone Over Shoulder

Each athlete will work at each station, the runner will be the pacer. Rotate to next station when runner gets back. All team members will REST together, 1 minute in-between each round.

Score is time and total number of cals from bike and reps on stones combined as a team.
