Dynamic Warm Up – Mobility Prepare for..

A: Skill
Toes 2 bar and scaled versions or how to achieve or build to toes to bar.

B: WOD
2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge 50/35 DB.    Scaled 40/25, 30/15

16 toes-to-bars    Scaled toes to adjustable bar off a med ball,  toes to post lying on the ground.
12 squat cleans 50/35 DB.  Scaled 40/25, 30/15

Then

2 rounds of:
50-ft. weighted walking lunge 50/35 DB.   Scaled 40/25, 30/15

8 bar muscle-ups.   Scaled jumping bar muscle ups, 8 pull-ups, and dips off an adjustable bar.
12 squat cleans 50/35 DB, Scaled 40/25, 30/15

Stimulus: Pick a weight for unbroken lunges and squat cleans.  Break up toes to bar as needed.

Cool Down
3-5 minute Smooth Bike/Row. Foam roll legs,hips,back shoulder blades to Lats.  Pick a core exercise, sit-ups, V-ups, flutter kicks, hollow rocks etc. 20-30 reps break, stretch, repeat until accumulated 100 reps.
