 Scale: OHS 105-75/75-45  at least 5 rep Unbroken
 KB Swing Blu/Yell
 Box Jumps 20/18 18/12

Row 1K or AAB 2.5 miles   

Team Cool down.
4-5 Minute Row or Bike or 3-5 sets x 10 Windshield wipers + 10 Knees to Elbows.
