Drop It Like It’s Hot Weekly Challenge:
During this week you will need to complete 200 double unders. If you don’t have your double unders, spend the first 10 minutes working on getting them and then complete 600 singles. If you take 3 or 6 days to complete this, each day you must spend 10 minutes working on them. Everyone will have marks as proof of getting them or trying to get them.
