10 Slam Balls 50/35 40/30  35/20
15 KB Swings (Russian) Red/green Green/purple Purple/blue
100 m Sprint

2 min Rest in between each round (20 min cap)

Strongman: 
Seated sled pull x 25M (AHAP)
Back squat x20 @BW

Then

Farmers walk x 800M 24/16 (every drop is 10 renegade rows on spot)
