What is our Teen Stength and Conditioning?
This is not a Crossfit class for teens. Crossfit is designed to be a broad and general fitness program. Meaning we want our athletes to be good, not great, at everything and in general more fit. Our Teen class is different, we train our athletes specific to their sport. We want to train them to be great at their sport, and we use a programming model to accomplish just that.
Our Teen class is a strength and conditioning class designed exclusively for teenage athletes (12-17 years old). It’s also great for teens that don’t play sports wanting to learn a new sport or train like an athlete. Our Teen S&C combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance.
We teach proper power lifting and Olympic lifting techniques to enhance strength, speed, explosiveness, power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility, balance, coordination and flexibility.
Our Teen Strength and Conditioning is ideal for any teenager looking to get the edge over their competitor in their chosen sporting field. In addition, it is a great way to get your teen into the habit of training and maintaining good healthy habits.

The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are in a group setting, rather than individually. Qualified, certified and skilled coaches will supervise and run the classes. Our coaches have all played at levels beyond high school in their chosen sport. We know what it takes as an athlete to work hard and effective to reach your full potential. We are confident our program will help these young athletes get the most out of their athletic careers. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout, and stretch.
