Congrats to Stephen B on his hard work and dedication which paid off as he passed his Physical Ability and Stamina Test for the TACP (Tatitcal Air Control Party) program for the US Air Force. This is what Stephen has worked so hard for over the last several months. Great job Stephen, keep up the strong work!

2012 Crossfit SouthWest Regionals wrapped up this last weekend with a 17 year old female from Front Range Crossfit taking the 1st place spot, followed by two other females from Front Range taking 2nd and 3rd. Tiffany from Wasatch Crossfit took 5th place overall. All of these ladies were incredible and it was very inspiring to watch.
As far as the men, Chris Spealler from Park City took the 3rd place finish and will be going to the Games for the 5th time. He is the only person who has participated in all 5 CrossFit Games competitions. If you have not yet watched any of the video’s from this last weekend, you can find them on the following website http://games.crossfit.com/. You will be inspired!
In the team category, Utes Crossfit took 1st place followed by Front Range Crossfit and Bomb Squad! Wastach Crossfit did an amazing job as well and they ended up in 5th place!
