Prepare for..

WOD:
5 Rounds, each on a 3-minute clock, of:
20 Sit-ups or GHD sit-ups
20 Good mornings or hip extensions
Max reps body-weight front squat

Athlete has 3 min to perform 20 sit-ups, 20 good mornings and max front squat then rest for 3 min. 5 rounds

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
5-5-3-3-1-1-1
Split jerk from jerk boxes
