Dynamic Warm-Up-Mobility
Prepare for..

With a 50 minute running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 lb.
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.

Post heaviest load for the snatch, clean and deadlift to comments.
For those that finish with time left in the class, run or row as far a possible until 10 min are left in class to clean up and cool down. Post weight and distance to board.

Cool Down

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:

EMOM x 10
3 Push Jerks @ 70% 1RM 

Even: 50 Double Unders 

Cool down with a smooth 4-6 min row and your mobility area’s
