Progenex Blog LCF Member Story It has been 8 weeks since Cody W embarked on his journey. Check out Cody’s blog post at to see what Cody has accomplished in the last 8 weeks and where he started. We are stoked with Cody’s results thus far and the dedication he has put into his journey.  

In Cody’s first blog post with Progenex he said that he hopes of writing about his journey he can help those that are similarly situated make improvements and reach their goals. In his journey to reach his goals, he was reminded of a poem by Douglas Malloch, “Good Timber”

The tree that never had to fight
