September 15th will be the start of the 4:15, 6:15 and 7p classes! Be sure to make note if you normally attend the evening classes. The 7p class will only be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

NO YOGA this week, Thursday or Saturday. Yoga will resume next week! Yogi Sara is running Red Rocks Relay.

Team Letrono is getting ready to head to the Granite Games this week. Granite Games are held in Minnesota starting on September 12th through the 14th.
