WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Squat Snatches, 70/50, 40/20, 30/10
20 Box Jumps, 24/20, 20/16, 16/12

THEN……

Strength:
Shoulder Strict Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Weighted Pull-Ups 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

*Scale all movements & weight for good mechanics as needed.
