Memorial Day Murph
We will be honoring Murph this Memorial day. By registering this year, you are taking part in something that has grown into an amazing Memorial Day Tribute to a fallen American Hero. They have raised over $250,000 for The LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation in 2014. As a registrant, you will receive one of The Murph Challenge 2015 t-shirts or tank tops, and be able to compare your times to others throughout the United States. 15 Wall balls 20/14, 14/10, 10/8

Cool Down

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
10 minute EMOM of:
Odd: 3 x Hang squat snatch @ 60% 1RM
Even: 9x C2Bar Pull ups

Followed by a 1k smooth pace row
