Coach Coover –  Coover broke her foot on Sunday as she was doing some rope climbing prior to the start of open gym time that she was coaching.  She is going in for surgery today for her broken foot as it will require pins to put it back together (see below x-ray, to the right and you can’t miss it). Thanks Coach Lane for stepping in on such short notice.  Coover made her way to the doctors office using her creativity with using two PVC pipes as “crutches” to help her get there. Keep her in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery! She will be out for a few weeks. Coover’s tip to all of you, “Don’t drop from the rope, it only takes one time……”
