WOD- 11 Min AMRAP of:
13 Med ball cleans 20/14
13 Pushups
13 Sit ups w/ med ball 

Cool Down 

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:

16 min EMOM
1st min: 5 strict C2B pullups 
:15 sec L sit hold on rings 
2nd min: 10 GHD sit-ups 
1-3 muscle ups
