Matt from Progenex will be at the Box on Wednesday starting at 0530a to answer any questions you might have about the Progenex. Matt will be at all of the morning classes, he will be back another day for the evening classes.

25 m handstand walk
8-10 weighted ring dips
1:30 plank hold

1 mile sandbag carry
30 push press 115/75
30 ohs 115/75
30 deadlifts
1 mile sandbag carry
