Striking 101 with partner.  Mits and gloves are highly recommended but not necessary for today’s intro, if you have them bring them, if not you will use a palm heal strike.
Then

25 m run
1,2,1,2 right side shuffle 2,1,2,1 left side shuffle 1,2,1,2
