WOD:”Home Team″
4 Rounds
Teams of 3
200m Run
Assault Bike for cals
Heavy Sled Push
*Each athlete will work at each station, the runner will be the pacer. Rotate to next station when runner gets back. All team members will REST together, 1 minute in-between each round.
Score is time and total number of cals from bike and reps on sled (once down green is a Rep) combined as a team.
