7 Box Jumps 30/24 24/20 20/12
11 sit-ups or 5 GHD sit ups

*Scale weight and movements as needed in progression . Ask your coach for help.

Active recovery day, come do YOGA. Work mobility & roll out all the sticky spots. Recharge get extra sleep.
