       Back to SchoolIt is that time again when the kids are getting ready to head back to school. At LCF we have several athletes who are heading back to college!! Best of luck to all of you heading to or back to college. Sharli D heading back to SUU, Kylee P is heading back to ASU, Coach Jeff going back to USU and Shay S also heading to USU. If you see these guys/gals be sure to wish them well, as most of them will be heading out next week!

Cool Down

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
Active recovery day. 15-20 minutes light assault bike or row, then spend 20 minutes on mobility.
Make up a WOD from the past weeks if you need too.

Rest- Recharge.
