15.2 Friday – Sign up for a heat time on the whiteboard for Friday Night 15.2, heats will start at 5pm OR just show up, we will make sure everyone gets through. We would love to see many of you, if not all, come out to throwdown for 15.2 . There is 4 weeks left to the CF Open and we want to have the Box full of athletes ready to get their WOD on and PR every Friday! There will be a warm up section, spectator section and continuous heats  until everyone is through. 

Saturday the 0600a Olympic Lifting class is changed to 7a due to a coaches meeting!

4 RFT of:
40 Double-Unders (80 singles)
20 KB Swings Green/Blue or Blue/Yellow or  Yellow/Orange
10 KB Walking Lunges (10 each leg)
5 Burpees

Do today’s workout or YOGA for active recovery.
