WOD: 4X500m Row * Goal is under 1:55 or faster each round
Rest at least 2 minutes or 1:1
MWOD 20 minutes
Basically just spend a ton of time from the knee down, around the whole leg. Roll out the feet and play with your toes a little too!
Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
Do Active Recovery Day, smooth run,bike or swim. Do YOGA, do the MWOD, or make up a WOD you missed earlier this week.
