WOD: Death by 15M

MWOD: 22 Minutes of
Couch stretch:  Hold 2min each side. Time it!!
Hip capsule rotation
Low back ball smash
T spine global smash
Check position after each, test retest
Then 5 min squat hold (pushing & prying)

Competitors or athletes wanting to improve your Fitness level:
Do  Active Recovery Day, smooth run,bike or swim. Do YOGA,  do the MWOD,  or make up a WOD you missed earlier this week.
