Strong work to everyone who did 14.5 “for time” yesterday. Sweet gut check of hard work and determination in so many of you, it was awesome to watch!  If you need to still do 14.5 you can on Saturday, be sure to let the coach know that is what you will be doing. 

Great turnout for the Throw-Down Friday night! Thanks to everyone who came and brought food and cheered all of our athletes on!  For those of you who missed it and you received an award, you will get it during the next class you are in attendance.
