**Go as heavy as possible, wisely, in only 5 sets attempts and then move to the next movement. The stimulus is to progress heavy to a heavy clean, not a super heavy front squat or hang power clean.

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

10-15 kip swings on bar, work on getting shoulders behind bar by pressing down while maintaining hollow position
