Weekend Highlights -
What a great weekend this was for many of our Letrono Peeps. I wanted to give a shout out to the amazing Daddy and Daughter Duo, Scott and Jaedyn who took 4th place (missing out on the 3rd place spot by 2 points….did I mention that Jaedyn was the youngest competitor? ) at the GSL CrossFit comp in Salt Lake along with Brandon C and Erin L who made it to the final WOD and ended up 6th overall. Thanks for Denise T for taking amazing photos and giving updates throughout the day.
Congrats to Raini T for his strong finish on her very first Half Marathon. Raini is a great example of what hard work and dedication does for a person!!!
Bender, Boyd and Coach Taylar headed out to Minnesota to the Granite Games. Steve suffered a hamstring injury two weeks prior, even with the injury these three guys ended up in 22nd out 88 teams!! Way to rock it Team Letrono!!!
Nutrition Challenge Deadline- Thank you for all that attended our Fall Nutrition Challenge meeting early thirty on Saturday! Be sure to write your name on the community board if you want to be included on our Super Fun teams, no later than Monday Night at 8:00 p.m. Also, those of you who have access to the Bod Pod on base, you don’t need to do it with the box on Saturday, you just need to bring us (Tramgi) your printout. Everyone else, be sure to sign up for a time!
