*recovery is the time it takes to walk back first 60%, 2nd 70%, 3rd 80% 4th 90%
5th 95% last five all out.

B.
Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 muscle-ups
10 cleans 155/105, 125/75, 95/45

*Scale weight of movement as needed for progression.  Ask your coach for help.
