Memorial Day WOD MurphNext week is Memorial Day which means we will be honoring all of those that have past before us. Memorial Day has grown into an amazing Memorial Day Tribute to a fallen American Hero, LT. Michael Murphy. Hope everyone will make it out to participate in the HERO WOD “MURPH”. We will only have 2 WOD times on Monday, 7a and 9a. 

Coach Carol We are sad to announce that Coach Carol will not be coaching with us as she has been given a great opportunity/career advancement in her professional life. Carol has been a great asset to Letrono CrossFit with her fun personality combined with many years of CrossFit Coaching experience. Carol’s last class she will be coaching will be next Wednesday the 27th. Carol, you will be missed!!! Once things get settled for Carol, you will see her around as an athlete.
