Every Friday, starting this week, we will be doing past CF Open WOD’s, this will give you an idea of what the Open is and how YOU TOO CAN DO IT! Be prepared to be part of the CF Open every Friday  by counting, cheering, and sweating with everyone! We are getting you ready now for the release of the first Open WOD on Thursday, Feb. 26th.
